These terms explain the rules for using DokSalamat customer and partner services.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use DokSalamat only for lawful activity. Professional and business listings remain subject to verification and approval.
Healthcare requests
Submitting an appointment request reserves the selected slot while the provider reviews it. The appointment is confirmed only after provider approval. DokSalamat is not an emergency service.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation availability depends on the appointment status and the cancellation window shown in your booking. If a paid appointment is eligible for a refund, it is reviewed and returned through the original payment method or DokSalamat Wallet. Provider-approved services already delivered are generally not refundable.
Payments
Fees, payment timing, and the selected payment method are displayed before you submit. Additional charges require your approval unless required by law.
