1.The agreement

Who contracts with whom, and when the terms take effect.

2.Accounts

Eligibility, accuracy of details, and responsibility for account security.

3.doksalamat is a marketplace

The critical clause: state plainly whether doksalamat provides the services or connects users to independent providers, and who is liable for the work performed. Everything downstream depends on this.

4.Healthcare services

Doctors and clinics are independent practitioners. Say what doksalamat is not: not a provider of medical advice, not for emergencies. Point users to emergency services.

5.Bookings, orders and cancellations

How a booking is formed, cancellation windows, no-shows, and refunds.

6.Payments, wallet and fees

Charging, wallet balance ownership and expiry, refunds, chargebacks, and any commission taken from providers.

7.Provider obligations

Verification, licences (clinics and practitioners especially), conduct, and grounds for removal.

8.Acceptable use

What users may not do, and consequences.

9.Reviews and content

Ownership, licence to publish, and moderation.

10.Liability

Limits and exclusions — must be drafted by a lawyer and must be enforceable in the operating jurisdiction.

11.Suspension and termination

Grounds and process, on both sides.

12.Governing law and disputes

Jurisdiction and how disputes are resolved.
