1.What we use
Audit the site first, then list what's actually set. Right now this site is static and sets no cookies of its own — if that stays true, say exactly that, which is a stronger and shorter policy than a generic one.
2.Third parties
Any analytics, embeds or fonts loaded from elsewhere, and what they set. Fonts are currently self-hosted by next/font, so nothing is requested from Google at runtime — re-check before publishing.
