WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT

DokSalamat collects only the Personal Data needed to effectively serve you and carry out our Services. We may use the Personal Data collected during the registration of your account using our DokSalamat Mobile App or Website, to respond to your queries, to process your requests and applications, if there are any, and to carry out our Services.

The Personal Data that we collect may include the following, among others: your personal information such as your name, marital status, gender, birth date, address, personal contact details (including email address, cellphone and/or telephone numbers), employment information; your financial information such as bank account details, latest income documentation; and/or any other information relevant to the communication you have sent or provided.

We collect your Personal Data to perform our obligations in the course of or in connection with the Services you have requested. Our reason herein is to conclude and perform a contract with you like our DokSalamat Terms and Conditions and to verify your identity and respond to, handle, and process queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you. We also use your Personal Data to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority.

When you register as a new User in our DokSalamat Mobile App or Website or when you communicate with us by accessing our platforms, we may be able to collect your Personal Data as well as Non-Personal Data through your web browser, by placing a cookie on your computer and Personal Data you knowingly and voluntarily provide. The Personal Data you provide will then be used to provide the Service you requested.

HOW WE MAY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

DokSalamat will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties without your consent. It may, however, share your Personal Data with its other business units. In such cases, your Personal Data will be used in a manner consistent with the purpose for which it was originally collected and to which you consented.

Please note that withdrawing your consent may prevent us from further providing all or part of our DokSalamat Services to you but does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your Personal Data based on such consent before the withdrawal;
• Right to Erasure – to ask that we restrict or suppress the processing of your Personal Data which means that whilst we are permitted to store the Personal Data, we cannot otherwise process it;
• Right to Data Portability – to receive certain Personal Data that you have provided to us, in a machine-readable form and/or that we transmit it to a third party with your express authorization; and
• Right to Lodge a Complaint – to complain to the relevant supervisory authority if your privacy rights are violated, or if you have suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your Personal Data.

Before we can grant your request, we will ask you for identifying information and match it to the information that we maintain about you. If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Data belongs to you, we will not be able to complete your request. We will notify you to inform you of this. You do not need to create an account with us to make a verifiable request. Personal data submitted in a verifiable request will only be used to confirm the requestor’s identity or permission to make the request.

CONSENT

Upon registration where you will provide your Personal Data and your continued use of our DokSalamat Services and Platforms, it will be treated as an act of permission for our collection, use, and processing of your Personal Data. You have accepted the policies and practices described in this DokSalamat Data Privacy Policy. If you do not allow the collection, use, and processing of your Personal Data, please do not use the interactive pages on our website or mobile application, or you may want to contact us.

We recognize and value the importance of protecting the privacy of children. Our Services are not intended for or directed to children or minors under the age of eighteen (18), and anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to use the DokSalamat Platform. If we discover that we are processing data for such users (under the age of 18), we shall take reasonable steps to guarantee that their records are erased and data processing is ceased. Please inform us if you suspect we have Personal Data about or acquired from a child under the age of 18.

You must also be of legal age in your country to consent to the processing of your Personal Data (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
